πŸ“Œ Nomination Process

You can nominate yourself for any of the above position. While submitting your nomination, kindly clearly mention:

Last date to submit nominations: 11 March 2026
Confirmation of valid nominations: 13 March 2026
No nominations will be accepted after the deadline.

⚠️ Important

Please consider that serving in the Samiti requires serious commitment and dedication of time. Based on past experience, any role may require approximately 15–20 hours per week, depending on responsibilities and ongoing activities. Members are encouraged to nominate themselves only if they can commit sufficient time and effort for the effective functioning of the Mandir.

All Samiti positions are purely voluntary. There is no remuneration, honorarium, or financial benefit attached to any role. Service in the Samiti is undertaken with full Seva Bhaav β€” in the spirit of selfless dedication, responsibility, and commitment toward Dharma and the Mandir community.

Please note that there will be no elections held for the positions of President, Vice-President, and Finance Secretary, as these positions carry a three-year term. The current office bearers were duly elected in 2025 and will continue to serve their ongoing term.
